RESTING COFFEE POST ROAST


We recommend resting the roasted coffee after roasting. For optimal results we recommend brewing coffee 4-8 weeks post roast.

Anything after 1-2 weeks is good. But letting the coffee sit for longer makes the brewing more stable (especially for espresso) and the taste far more enjoyable.
