Complex fruit notes and high aromas with great mouthfeel and texture are results of the careful layered and anoxic fermentation in cherry.
With a double fermentation approach and Semi Washed process Andreson Castrillón is mastering the bold fruit notes and maintaining the clean expression and good clarity with no extended fermentation side notes present in the cup.
Anderson is one of the people deeply involved in the LaREB project who enable us to access some of the finest coffees in Colombia.
All coffees are roasted to be enjoyed as both filter and espresso.
