This natural processed coffee is produced by Khalid Shifa at his Echemo farm in Jimma, Ethiopia. On the semi-forest farm that he inherited from his father he is now focusing on creating more biodiversity and focusing on attention to detail processing.

This lot is a beautiful representation of the Natural processed Ethiopian coffee. Clean and quite juicy with tropical fruit aroma and milk chocolate finish. Very nice for espresso and pairs well with milk too.
