Very clean and elegant Pacamara lot from Diego Baraona. Rich aroma, citrus, strawberry and cherry with dark chocolate aftertaste.
Our first time featuring coffee from Los Pirineos farm. This Pacamara from took us by surprise. One of the cleanest Natural processed lots we have come across.
We have been fans of the Baraona family operations in El Salvador for years through work of the likes of Tim Wendleboe and other notable roasters. We are excited to explore the offerings of Los Pirineos in the seasons to come.
All coffees are roasted to be enjoyed as both filter and espresso.
