Very vibrant and aromatic SL28 lot from Diego Baraona. SL28 from Kenya is not a typical variety for El Salvador. From Los Pirineos this variety is performing very well and tasting fantastic.
Berry like front with nice acidity paired with praline and milk chocolate like sweetness and complex aroma.
All our coffees are roasted for both filter and espresso.
