Classic Brazilian Mundo Novo from Gabriel Barreto. Very sweet coffee with great complexity and texture. Balanced with high aromatics and fruit layers with good clarity and chocolate like sweetness.

Third year working with Mundo Novo from Araucária farm is the last one for the time being. Gabriel is replanting this traditional variety in a more suitable plot on the farm. Hard to imagine quality getting higher from here, but most likely it will with better growing conditions. 

For us this is by far the best lot from Gabriel we have had so far. Definately a fine expression of Brazilian coffee.

Together with his family Gabriel operates Casa Almeida Barreto. We have been working with them since 2021 and they are one our closest relationships.

All our coffees are roasted for both filter and espresso.
