

La Celia
This fun coffee is produced by small producer and coffee growers around the town La Celia in Risaralda, Colombia. It's a regional blend. All Washed processed Castillo, the traditional local variety. As a regional blend gathered and mixed with quality in mind and with lot separation by variety this coffee is nothing short from excellent.
This coffee stood out for us as a very vibrant, very intense and bright cup in a blind tasting. It's rare for us to have a regional blend when there are single producer lots available but this lot was just too good to not have. And from our friends in Colombia so why not, right?
This coffee is again another great lot from our partner LaREB (La Real Expedición Botánica) who we buy exclusively from in Colombia.
We found this coffee to be clean and bright. High orange like citric acidity. Very sweet and with a chocolate like sweet finish. Perfect for espresso and to be paired with milk!
