FRUKT is a small and dedicated Specialty Coffee roastery based in Turku, Finland.

After working as a roaster at the local Turun Kahvipaahtimo and later on at the Coffee Collective in Copenhagen Samuli Pääkkönen founded FRUKT in his home town of Turku in the late 2018.

We are happy to show you around our production space and talk coffee. We welcome you to stop by and have a look around the roastery and buy some beans or selected coffee equipment.

Find our local coffee retail at bageri Å in the Kakola neighbourhood. The collaboration extends beyond the coffee menu and the coffee bag retail. We are proud to work very close with the talented team at this world class sourdough bakery right next doors to our roastery.

We run a summer time Speciality Coffee kiosk at the Central Railway Station park in downtown Turku.
