Soft expression of stone fruits and milk chocolate. Produced by Khalid Shifa on his semi-forest farm in Jimma.
This coffee is perfectly balanced and sweet with soft and silky mouthfeel, but with great clarity. High acidity and forest berry notes with fruit layers and milk chocolate finish. It almost tastes like a Washed coffee for us.
Khalid is a 3rd generation coffee farmer who is using organic farming practices and agroforestry to build up resilience and diversity of microbiology in his soil. We had a Natural lot from Echemo farm from the previous harvest and look forward to working with coffees from Khalid's different projects through our importing partner Belco.
All our coffees are roasted for both filter and espresso.
