This exciting coffee is produced by Idido Washing Station, together with small producers based around the the villages of Idido, Haricha and Dirato in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. For us this coffee stood out with it's bright and very classic Yirgacheffe profile. Bright citric acidity and very fruity yet delicate and aromatic.
We found this coffee to be very bright and juicy. Tasting fruity sweet with notes of citrus and peach with bright citric acidity and really nice floral notes.
