This outstanding Gesha lot is produced by Julián Calderón. A younger generation producer of the Calderón family from Palestina, the Southern part of Huila department of Colombia. Juliáns first harvest of the Gesha was in 2021 and this January 2023 harvest is his second crop. It is very obvious that we are dealing with a producer with a bright future. We can't wait to share this lot with everyone and to follow Juliáns journey in the future.

This lot is again a perfect example of the great work and collaboration with talented caficultores by our long term partner La Real Expedición Botánica who we buy from in Colombia. Very excited to have the opportunity to get introduced to the Geshas cultivated and produced by the Calderón family. 

We found this coffee to be super clean and very bright. Incredibly sweet and juicy, yet delicate cup with big citrus notes,  tangerine and lemongrass and of course the floral aroma.
