Having had Natural processed coffee from his Echemo farm before we have been waiting to get our hands on Washed coffee from Khalid. This lot from Bedeye Washing Station is everything we were hoping for. Clean and elegant, soft and floral coffee. Just the kind of Ethiopian we love.

Khalid is a 3rd generation coffee farmer who is using organic farming practices and agroforestry to build up resilience and diversity of microbiology in his soil. We had a Natural lot from Echemo farm from the previous harvest and look forward to working with coffees from Khalid's different projects through our importing partner Belco.

All our coffees are roasted for both filter and espresso.
